Short description: 

Established in 2016, the Tajikistan Nature Foundation (TNF) began as a grassroots organization promoting the sustainable use of natural resources through community-led conservancies. Today, TNF is a national-scale wildlife conservation organization based in
Dushanbe, implementing various initiatives aimed at conserving wildlife and protecting natural habitats across Tajikistan.

TNF is seeking a Program Officer. In this role, you will report to the Director and collaborate closely with strategic partners and project teams to ensure the successful implementation of conservation projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing
project activities, conducting site visits for data collection, and maintaining quality control on project deliverables. You will also develop comprehensive project proposals and reports for donors, manage effective communication with partners, and advocate
for TNF’s work within the local context. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management and data analysis skills, excellent relationship management capabilities, and a commitment to TNF’s conservation mission in Tajikistan. This position is based
in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
