Short description:
1. Job responsibilities :
o Receiving relevant documents related to visa application
o Assisting in coordinating consular affairs and other issues;
o Assisting in organizing and preparing various consular events and other events;
o Arranging meetings and interacting with the relevant Tajik authorities;
o Translation of documents and interpretation during meetings;
o Preparation and support of all necessary documentations, official Notes, reports, obtaining permits, etc. for official visits, delegations, etc.;
o Managing office administrative work;
o Administrative tasks on computer in MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL, and etc. if required.
2. Essential requirements for applicants :
o Higher education: Bachelor or Master Degree
o A citizen of Tajikistan who is a native Tajik or Russian, having good knowledge of Tajik or Russian and fluent in English;
o Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar position, preferably in an international organizations;
o Personal characteristics required in the applicant: acceptance of responsibility and diligence towards work;
o Proven ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision in an intercultural environment;
o Knowledge of diplomatic and business etiquette.

3. Working conditions :
o Working hours from 8:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday and as per emergent requirements;
o Salary based on interview results.
4. Documents required for submission :
o A completed application form(attached) provided by the Embassy Republic of Korea (with a photo, which has been taken not more than 6 months ago);
o Scanned copy of the diploma or certificate from the place of study;
o Scanned copy of Korean language certificates;
o A letter of recommendation sealed and enveloped;
o Criminal certificate.
