JOB PURPOSE: The Social Mobilizer will carry out the primary responsibilities for the implementation of this project and will report to the Senior Project Officer (SPO) and through him to the Regional Manager of MSPSD Sughd. He/She is expected to achieve effective results by developing a detailed project implementation plan (DIP), leading the implementation process of activities according to it and monitor the implemented activities.
