Short description: The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan has received a Grant from the World Bank for the implementation of the Additional Financing for Public Finance Management Modernization Project II and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments in involvement of highly qualified consulting firm, the selection, recruitment and payment of which will be carried out in accordance with the procedures of the World Bank and announces a competition for hiring a consulting firm for development of 18 (eighteen) Tajikistan Public Sector Financial Reporting Standards, included in Phases 3 and 4 of implementation and introduction.
