Dear Proposer,

UNESCO invites qualified companies to submit a Proposal for the Development of a Learning Management System (LMS) to support the continuous online/distance professional development of teachers and enhance the national repository of digital teaching and learning resources, within the framework of the project “Strengthening Competency-Based and ICT-Enabled STEM and VET Education and Teacher-Training in Tajikistan.”

• Maximum email size: 10 MB (multiple emails allowed if necessary).
• Proposers must strictly follow the requirements and conditions outlined in the RFP Solicitation Documents, including all annexes.

Please note that no remuneration will be made for the preparation and submission of proposals.
