Position Title for Short-Term Assignment (6 months):
Under the Additional Financing for the Social and Economic Resilience Strengthening Project:

• Senior Livelihood Consultant – 1 position

The National Social Investment Fund of Tajikistan (NSIFT) hereby invites qualified professionals with relevant work experience to participate in the competitive selection process for the above-mentioned position.

The qualification requirements for applicants are detailed in the Terms of Reference (ToR) for this position, available at: www.nsift.tj

• Application letter for participation in the competition
• Personal information form and biographical statement
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) in Tajik, Russian, and English
• Copies of educational qualification documents
• Copy of passport and copy of employment record book
• Two letters of recommendation and a cover letter in Tajik, Russian, and English indicating the recommender’s position

Application deadline: by 5:00 PM on May 8, 2025

Candidates for the vacant position will be selected in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan and the “Guidelines for Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers” (January 2011, revised July 2014).
