Tajikistan Digital Foundation Project Goods

State Institution "Projects implementation center for Tajikistan digital foundations" under the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (PIC EOP) has received the financing from the World Bank for the Tajikistan Digital Foundation Project and intends to use part of the funds for payments under the contract for the procurement of 1C accounting Software for PIC as below:

State Institution "Projects implementation center for Tajikistan digital foundations" under the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (PIC EOP) invites eligible bidders to take part in the tender for the procurement of 1C Accounting Software for PIC. Incomplete bids will be rejected. Bids will be evaluated and contracts will be awarded to the bidders with the lowest evaluated price.

The tender will be conducted using the Request for Quotations (RFP) method as specified in the World Bank's July 2016 Procurement Policy for MPF Borrowers, as revised in September 2023 (the "Procurement Policy"), and will be open to all eligible Suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

The interested bidders can receive the complete package of bidding documents at the address below or by e-mail from 8:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday. 

The bids must be delivered to the address below by 17:00, no later than 02 April 2025.
