Supply of ICT Equipment

UNESCO invites you to submit a bid for the Supply of ICT Equipment within the framework of the project “Strengthening Competency-Based and ICT-Enabled STEM and VET Education in Tajikistan.”

April 11, 2025, 18:00 Almaty time

Key Instructions:

• All bids must be submitted electronically to procurementalmaty@unesco.org.
• Do not copy (to, cc, or bcc) any other email addresses. Bids sent to other addresses will be disqualified.
• Email subject line must be: CM-FU 108 Supply of ICT Equipment.
• Maximum email size: 10 MB (multiple emails allowed if necessary).
• Bidders must strictly follow the instructions outlined in Annex II of the ITB document.

Bidders are kindly requested to confirm receipt of this ITB and their intention to submit a bid by completing the Intention to Bid Form (Annex V) and sending it to procurementalmaty@unesco.org.
