Title of the Contract: Procurement of consulting services for topographical and hydrological analysis and mapping.

Project Description: The Project concerns the participatory, integrated and watershed-oriented forest and pasture management that reduces the risk of erosion, droughts, landslides and floods, and finances investments in the rehabilitation of water catchment areas, e.g. by means of afforestation, sustainable forest and pasture management, energy-efficient stoves, building insulation measures, the construction of complementary infrastructure to protect against flooding and landslides, as well as related consulting services. The purpose of the Project is to reduce natural disaster risks for the rural population of selected watersheds and to increase their resilience to climate change, and to enhance rural development prospects.

Contract Description: The overall objective of this consultancy service is to conduct topographical and hydrological analysis and mapping at sub watershed level in project target districts (Khovaling, Muminabad, Rasht, Panjakent) and Kulob city.
