Request for Proposals

The USAID Rural Water Supply Activity in Tajikistan, implemented by Chemonics International Inc., invites all interested local companies and private entrepreneurs working in Tajikistan to submit their technical and financial proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFP) # RFP # RWS-VPS-RFP-040: Development and Production of the Final Project Video for the RWS Project.

All interested local companies and private entrepreneurs must submit their inquiries to the following e-mail: TajikRWSprocurement@chemonics.com to receive general RFP form with instructions. The subject line for such inquiry e-mail should be as follows: RFP # RWS-VPS-RFP-040: Development and Production of the Final Project Video for the RWS Project.

All interested local companies and private entrepreneurs must be duly registered in corresponding state bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan. As per contract signed between Chemonics and USAID and in line with the U.S. Government Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), 22 CFR §228.13, government-controlled organizations may not apply under the current RFQ.  Government-controlled organizations include firms that are operated as commercial companies or other organizations or enterprises (including nonprofit organizations) in which governments or their agents or agencies have a controlling interest.
