Short description: Examines all types of administrative vouchers to be paid by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for all government agencies represented at post. Accesses internal systems to print purchase orders and receiving reports related to payment claims. Processes vouchers in DOS system based on first-in first out method of entry into the Voucher log. Verifies disbursement of funds by checking system on a daily basis. Acts as compliance officer in assuring that established controls are followed to prevent improper or duplicate payments.
