Description:
- Coordinate, organize and control successful implementation of project activities, provide management and monitoring support.
- Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate organisation of courses and the Learning Centre day-to-day activities.
- Provide proper procedures to enhance quality assurance tools for courses.
- Coordinate and control work of Instructors including timetabling of the teaching process.
- Send timetable of the learning process and exams scheduling to LC Manager for further approval.
- Provide optimal distribution of workload among Instructors.
- Ensure promotion of the courses and timely reports on enrolments for approvals.
- Manage logistics related to the delivery of courses, staff and students travel in and out of the location.
- Coordinate and oversee entry of applications information into the student data base system, verify accuracy of entered data, provide regular and timely statistical reports to SPCE.
- Coordinate facilities repair, maintenance and other logistics activities.Provide control over fixed assets, learning materials, stationery and resources in SLC.
- Support information and dissemination activities and advocate for the project among the key stakeholders.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Higher education in relevant to the sphere;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in education, management, marketing;
- Highly motivated with strong organisational skills.
- Strong communication, writing, time management skills.
- Fluent in English, Russian and Tajik languages
- Computer literate: MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, Internet and email
