The Branch of the company Normeca International AS in Tajikistan invites Clinic Manager to work in connection with our project in Tajikistan “Mobile Multi Diagnostic Clinic / Mini Hospital” under the management of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the population in the Republic of Tajikistan. The clinics cover most of the medical fields, and they are all in large mobile expandable trailers. The clinics are fully equipped with modern medical equipment and ancillary units such as kitchen, laundry, dining room, conference rooms, etc.

The Clinic Manager will fulfil a wide range of responsibilities each day to ensure that the medical clinic operates to a high standard.

Job Description Summary:

• Managing facility operations to ensure long-term success.
• Training employees in any new policies, procedures, or standards to be implemented across the clinic.
• Coordinate staff and activities on a day-to-day basis in the clinic to provide quality, cost effective patient care.
• Analysing data trends to develop a better understanding of overall facility efficiency.
• Organizing clinical records, patient health records, and other essential documents and resources. 
• Solving patient problems in a way that complements the mission of our project. 
• Communicating with clinic employees, including all medical professionals, fellow managers, and executives.
• Present findings proposed solutions and implementation plans to the management.
• Manage medical staff in the day-to-day performance. 
• Follow up those routines, are followed, reports completed.
• Prepare and compile weekly reports.
• Focus on developing great communication between all employees.
• Focus on collaboration and team building. 
• Focus on efficiency. 

Requirements:

• Higher medical education preferable in Public Health Management or Administration Management.
• Work experience at least 5 years.
• Work well independently and has strong operational skills.
• Learn quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Develop strong relationships with co-workers and has strong leadership skills.
• Communicate effectively and has strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Skills of working with up-to-date medical equipment.
• Tajik, Russian and English in speaking and writing are mandatory.
• Computer skills are also mandatory.
