1. The Republic of Tajikistan received Grant from the International Development Association for the implementation of the Project "Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector" and intends to use part of the funds for payments under the contract for the Renovation of building of the Soil and Agrokhim Institute in Dushanbe and drilling of wells for SE "State commission for the testing of types of agricultural crops and the protection of varieties" in Istaravshan city and B.Gafurov city.

2. The State Institution “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” Project Management Unit (SI “AED” PMU) herby invites the eligible bidder to submit their bids for Lot 1: Renovation of building of the Soil and Agrokhim Institute in Dushanbe, Lot 2: Drilling of well for SE "State commission for the testing of types of agricultural crops and the protection of varieties" in Istaravshan city and Lot 3: Drilling of well for SE "State commission for the testing of types of agricultural crops and the protection of varieties" in B.Gafurov city.

3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016, revised in September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. All interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the State Institute “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” Project Management Unit (AED PMU) and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM at E-mail: procurement.srasp@gmail.com as well as at the address given below.

5. All interested Bidders can obtain a copy of the RFQ which contains detailed instructions for the preparation of the quotation in Russian language by submitting an official letter to the address below or through email. The RFQ can be obtained from the office of AED PMU located at the address below or through the email procurement.srasp@gmail.com.

6. Bidders shall submit their quotation in hard copy and must deliver to the address below on or before October 22, 2024, 14:00. Late offers will be rejected.
