The Branch of Normeca International AS in Tajikistan invites Paramedic to work in connection with our project in Tajikistan “Mobile Multi Diagnostic Clinic / Mini Hospital” under the management of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the population in the Republic of Tajikistan. The clinics cover most of the medical fields, and they are all in large mobile expandable trailers. The clinics are fully equipped with modern medical equipment and ancillary units such as kitchen, laundry, dining room, conference rooms, etc.

We are looking for Paramedic to join our team to provide emergency medical care in the scope of pre-medical care in accordance with approved standards. Assists the doctor in the provision of emergency medical care. Carries out examination and apply objective methods of examination of the patient (injured).

Main responsibilities:

• Provide advanced life support from initial contact until the patient is transferred to the receiving medical facility.
• Provide care for injuries or sudden illnesses using a variety of simple and complex prehospital treatments (first aid, CPR, injections and oxygen, etc.).
• Ability to use medical equipment and instruments to stabilize and provide first aid.
• Lift, carry and transport injured, sick or incapacitated people from the clinic, their home or from the scene of an incident to medical facilities.
• Monitor the patient's condition in route to the hospital.
• Compile and submit specific and accurate incident reports.
• Ensure ambulance cleanliness, equipment cleanliness to ensure safe operation, and replenishment of medical supplies and medications.

Requirements:

• Possession of a diploma in a paramedic or related field.
• Work experience of at least four years.
• Knowledge of methods and techniques for providing on-site emergency medical services.
• Ability to operate in complex and emotional environments.
• Fluency in Tajik, Russian and English is a big advantage.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in remote areas of the Republic of Tajikistan and work under nonstandard conditions.
