The Branch of Normeca International AS in Tajikistan invites ICU Nurse to work in connection with our project in Tajikistan “Mobile Multi Diagnostic Clinic/Mini Hospital” under the management of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the population in the Republic of Tajikistan. The clinics cover most of the medical fields, and they are all in large mobile expandable trailers. The clinics are fully equipped with modern medical equipment and ancillary units such as kitchen, laundry, dining room, conference rooms, etc.

We are looking for Intensive Care Nurse to join our team to assist our patients, who can be responsible for the timely and correct execution of medical orders, for responding to emergency medical services and for the quality of patient care. In addition to an analytical mindset, our ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Main responsibilities:

• Complete medical appointments proficiently and on time.
• Evaluate and track the patient's conditions.
• Keep a thorough patient follow-up chart.
• Finding out if a patient's health status has changed suddenly or just slightly.
• Begin therapy and keep track of medication intake.
• Providing patients with care in the intensive care unit as they recover.
• Before transferring a patient, finish any paperwork that is necessary.
• Act quickly to assist patients.
• Keep the equipment and methods for resuscitation always available.
• Develop and put into action efficient care plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a relevant field.
• A minimum of five years of experience working as an intensive care nurse
• Good understanding of health information structures and information.
• Capacity to function in a demanding and emotional setting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
• Fluency in Tajik and Russian, English is an advantage.
• Computer literacy.
• A kind, attentive personality.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• A willingness to work in the Republic of Tajikistan's outlying areas and under unusual circumstances.
