Ministry of Health and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Tajikistan announces a competition for selection for the positions:
Assignment Title: TA for the Software Requirements Analysis for the Electronic Patient Registry (EPR), Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Primary Health Care (PHC) Dashboard and Business Intelligence information systems
To conduct analysis of the requirements for the development and implementation of the Electronic Patient Registry (EPR), basic electronic medical record (EMR), PHC Facility Registry and Dashboard, and development of business intelligence software for further development and piloting in pilot facilities under the Component 2, which will provide centralized storage and management of patient health information, improve coordination and quality of care, and provide tools for population health analysis and monitoring.

- Core business of the firm and 5 years in business;
- Relevant experience in performing at least 2 similar assignments value and scope with the estimated contracts value of US$ 105 000 (US$ one hundred five thousand);
- Detailed company profile and organogram to demonstrate technical and managerial capability of the firm to undertake the assignment
Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, July 2016, revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultants Qualifications-based Selection method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
