Short description: The International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Tajikistan is looking to engage a national research consultant to conduct a comprehensive assessment of Knowledge, Attitudes, Practices and Behaviours (KAPB) that impact social cohesion among host and Afghan communities and support the development of a Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) strategy based on the research findings that helps address discrimination, counter xenophobia, and promote mutual understanding.
