The Branch of Normeca International AS in the Republic of Tajikistan invites Medical Manager to work in connection with our project in Tajikistan “Mobile Multi Diagnostic Clinic / Mini Hospital” under the management of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the population in the Republic of Tajikistan. The clinics cover most of the medical fields, and they are all in large mobile expandable trailers. The clinics are fully equipped with modern medical equipment and ancillary units such as kitchen, laundry, dining room, conference rooms, etc.

The Medical Manager will perform a wide range of duties each day to provide quality and cost-effective medical services.

Job Description Summary:

• Collect and analyse data, results, safety and identify problem areas.
• Present results, proposed solutions and implementation plans to management.
• Manage medical staff in daily work.
• Ensures all procedures are followed and all reports are completed on time.
• Schedule surgeries and other activities/examinations with all the clinic managers such as gastroscopy, colonoscopy, cystoscopy, laparoscopy and in addition we are expecting many cataract surgeries. For this reason, it is important to develop programs that allow us to work full time to achieve the highest possible efficiency.
• Preparing and compiling weekly reports for management.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports to the MoH.
• Focuses on developing good communications between all employees.
• Focuses on collaboration and team building.
• Focus on work efficiency.
• Train all medical and non-medical personnel in pre-hospital care/CPR.

Requirements: 

• Higher education (The medical manager must have a certificate giving the right to engage in medical activities).
• Work experience of at least 8 years.
• Skills in working with modern medical equipment.
• Willingness to travel frequently to the regions of the Republic of Tajikistan.
• Willingness to work in non-standard conditions.
• Work independently and have strong operational skills.
• A quick learner with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Develop strong relationships with colleagues and have strong leadership skills.
• Communicate effectively and have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Fluent in Tajik, Russian and English.
