Services required	Car rent services with the driver on call bases in Dushanbe with frequent travel to the regions of Khatlon and Sughd.
Location based	Dushanbe, Tajikistan
Length of contract	On call
Reports to	Logistics Manager
Overall responsibility	The services are required for the safe transportation of Mission East staff and guests with own vehicle within Dushanbe city, regions of Khatlon and Sughd.
Key tasks and responsibilities	Travel to Mission East’s partners project sites when requested with Program Staff Ensure that there is a sufficient supply of fuel for any and all travels. Record details of travel the logbooks, keeps the vehicle in good mechanical condition. Adhere to speed limits and road rules at all times. Ensure that all documentation relating to vehicle, vehicle insurance, driving license, etc. are present and in the vehicle.
Minimum requirement of the vehicle	Good technical condition of the car with AC All valid registration documents of the vehicle Driving license category: minimum “C” Availability of valid patent
Necessary skills and competencies	Fluency in Tajik and Russian language required. Good communication skills.
Experience	At least 5 years’ professional experience working as a driver. Familiar with all traffic laws and regulations. Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures. Excellent driving record
