Short description: The Technical Proposal & Financial Proposal shall be submitted electronically with the subject: “Consultancy Services for the Technical Feasibility Study“ in two separate PDF/ZIP/RAR files and to set-up a password on each (technical & financial proposals).

Bidders are requested to not provide the password to Acted unless explicitly requested in writing.

The Acted evaluation committee members will review the technical proposals first. Once the technical evaluation is completed, Acted will request the shortlisted consultants who have passed the technical evaluation to provide the password to unlock the files containing the financial proposal in order to continue with the evaluation process.
