Responsibilities:

·Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

·Ensure projects are completed within established timelines, scope, and budget constraints.

·Assist in defining project scope and goals, engaging stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

·Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress and track milestones.

·Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using effective verification techniques.

·Employ appropriate tools to measure and evaluate project performance.

·Provide necessary project updates to management and escalate issues as required.

·Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to meet project objectives.

·Identify and mitigate project risks through analysis, response planning, and contingency preparation.

·Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, delegate tasks to junior team members based on their strengths, and track project progress towards short and long-term goals.

Skills/Requirements:

·7+ years in software development or technical project management.

·Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming, encompassing principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

·Demonstrated success in end-to-end solution delivery using Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot,FHIR Spring JPA, Spring Batch, React.JS, JavaScript, ES6, REST Services, Maven, and HTML.

·Skilled in developing and implementing microservices architectures.

·Familiarity with Postgres, MySQL, and MongoDB, along with data security and privacy, including encryption.
