WFP: SFP Assessment Report 2022
Summary:
The following report is based on the School Facilities assessment, conducted by WFP from November 2021 to January 2022, with the goal to provide all relevant stakeholders with the information about the current conditions of the school infrastructure and facilities in the schools under the SFP in the Republic of Tajikistan. The finding of the report will be further used for evidence-based decision making and prioritization of schools for support. School Feeding Programme (SFP) continues to be WFP’s largest operational component in Tajikistan, supporting over 440,000 primary schoolchildren in about 2,000 schools of the country at the time of the assessment in 2022. SFP is continuously working with the Government of Tajikistan as national, regional and district levels as well as several government bodies, including the Ministry of Education and Science.
