Associate Lecturer(s) will be appointed on a contract basis to cater to short-term teaching requirements. Once the recruitment process has concluded, the official appointment will take place one (1) year prior to the commencement of classes, or subject to the availability of teaching classes.

Keen applicants will be required to possess a recognized University degree. Any other relevant professional qualifications, industry experience and pedagogical training would be advantageous.

We are currently looking for Associate Lecturer(s) to teach Pre-degree programs at MDIS Dushanbe. This position would be for our overseas campus in Tajikistan.

We are currently looking for Associate Lecturer(s) to teach English as a Second Language covering all four skills:

  • Listening
  • Reading
  • Speaking
  • Writing

Programm Level: Certificate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lectures/tutorials in the related discipline.
  • Set, mark and moderate assignments and/or examinations.
  • Develop course curriculum as and when required.
  • Incorporate current industry trends into teaching.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, in a relevant discipline from a recognised educational institution, with at least five (5) years of relevant industry experience.
  • Pedagogy/teaching certificate holders such as TEFL or TESOL will have an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Team player who is able to work with faculty members and administrative staff.
  • Keen interest in nurturing students in their learning journey.
