UN Annual Results Report 2021

United Nations Annual Results Report 2021 outlines a collective achievement of the UN and Tajikistan Government to improve the lives of the people. United Nations in Tajikistan remains a trusted partner to the Government and to the people of Tajikistan, committed to invest towards socio-economic development of the country, realization of human rights and achievement of Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. UN in Tajikistan is guided by UN Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF), Sustainable Development Goals and the National Development Strategy 2016-2030 to address the needs of the vulnerable people, promote human rights and gender equality across humanitarian, peacebuilding, and sustainable development initiatives.

UN in Tajikistan expresses its gratitude to its government counterparts at the national and sub-national levels, civil society organizations, private sector, academia, and media, as well as to the international community and development actors for the partnerships and collaborations that have played a key role in improving the lives of people in Tajikistan as detailed in this report.
