Background: The USAID-funded Agribusiness Competitiveness Activity in Tajikistan (ACAT) supports agribusinesses to diversify product lines, leverage promising domestic and international market opportunities and contribute to a competitive, inclusive, and resilient agricultural sector. ACAT uses a market-driven, private sector-led approach to stimulate economic growth, increase employment, and improve livelihoods by enhancing the competitiveness of micro, small and medium enterprises in 13 districts in the Khatlon region. On ACAT, Making Cents provides cross-cutting technical assistance to mainstream women and youth's engagement in the agribusiness sector. To highlight successful cases of inclusion within the sector, Making Cents is developing a photo book and three supplementary mini docuseries featuring diverse stories of women engaged in agribusiness in Khatlon region. The photo book and docuseries will be distributed to key ACAT stakeholders, such as grantees, donors, and government officials. Objective: The Consultant will serve as the Photographer and Videographer for this activity, working closely with a Documentarian/Script Writer and the ACAT team to capture the stories of fifteen prominent women entrepreneurs working in the agribusiness sector and develop their stories into the photo book and three mini docuseries. Tasks and Deliverables:
Work Location and Schedule: Work will take place in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, with frequent trips to Bokhtar, complying with local COVID-19 restrictions and safety protocols. Making Cents will provide transportation, lodging, and per diem during field trips. The anticipated timeline for this scope of work will be February – August 2022. Position Requirements:
