About Rost Business Accelerator

ROST was registered in April 2023 as the Public Organization in Tajikistan by former team of PEAK Business Innovation Center. The Public Organization fulfils its mission by providing its core services such as Business incubation and acceleration programmes, Consultancy and advisory services and Post programme or Individual services: including Mentorship, Coaching and Traction services as well as it promotes the policy dialogues and advocacy in social and gender matters.

Business Incubation & Acceleration Manager

Location: Dushanbe

Job Summary:

Oversee & manage programs supporting early-stage business growth. Design & implement incubation/acceleration initiatives, provide mentorship/resources, & foster a collaborative environment for start-up success.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development: Design & manage tailored programs, develop/update curricula & resources, monitor/evaluate performance.
Mentorship: Provide one-on-one mentoring, facilitate connections, organize workshops/networking events.
Partnerships: Build/maintain relationships, secure partnerships/sponsorships, collaborate with other organizations.
Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, develop/manage budgets, identify/procure additional resources.
Reporting: Prepare/present reports, communicate program successes/best practices.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, seek innovative approaches to address startup challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field
Experience in business development, startup management, or a similar role.
Ability to design & manage effective incubation/acceleration programs.
Excellent mentorship, coaching, & interpersonal skills.
Organizational & project management skills.

Duty Station

EIP Office in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, with possible travel to other regions of Tajikistan.
