Short description: Serves as project manager for multi-year INL (International Narcotics and Law Enforcement) projects focused on law enforcement, border security, rule of law, counter-narcotics, counter-trafficking in persons programs, or other areas, in support of key bilateral efforts to modernize and enhance host nation capabilities.  Conducts the full range of project management responsibilities to include   designing, initiating, executing, and monitoring.
