Good Neighbors International in Tajikistan (GNIT) has been working in Tajikistan since 1998. The objective of GNIT is to improve the lives of people, especially children through education, community as well as emergency relief projects. GNIT is working with the key stakeholders such as Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labor and migration, Committee of Women Affairs, Local authorities, INGOs UN and donor agencies such as, EU, GIZ, UNICEF, WFP, and others in an integrated approach to connect poor and vulnerable communities to quality education, health, water and sanitation services.
A Human Resources (HR) Clerk handles the daily HR records and document management of organization. Assists HR Manager with recruitment, record maintenance and payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees. High level of confidentiality and personal data protection.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize, compile, update organization personnel records and documentation;
- Implement administrative tasks such as creating orders/internal memos, contracts, maintaining employee records and personal files; filing HR documentation processes and etc.;
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding and off-boarding and data entries processes;
- Manage attendance records, sick and annual leave and other;
- Assist in preparation of workshops, team buildings and other events for employees;
- Provide administration assistance for HR Manager.
Job Requirement and Qualification
- Knowledge of Labour Code
- Knowledge of basic HR functions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proactive, highly motivated and eager to develop new skills
- General Report writing skills
