Short description: The purpose of this RFQ is to award to a qualified contractor, who will be supported by the regional utility Pamir Energy, for the provision of the engineering, procurement, delivery, installation and commissioning of grid connected Solar PV generation facilities, with at least 300 kWp (OPTION 1) or 400 kWp (OPTION 2) of nameplate power output, to provide additional capacity to the existing Solar and BESS systems within the distribution network of Pamir Energy in Murghab, Pamir, Tajikistan, fulfilling the technical requirements and scope defined in Attachment A – Project Specifications.
