REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The USAID Learn Together Activity in Tajikistan, implemented by Chemonics International Inc., invites all interested private entrepreneurs, organizations, and limited liability companies legally registered under the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan to submit their commercial offers in response to Request for Proposal (RFP)#LTA-001/2021 Development of the Teacher Professional Development Information System.
All interested local private entrepreneurs, organizations, and limited liability companies must submit their inquiries to the following e-mail: procurement@learntogethertj.com. The subject line for such inquiry e-mail should be as follows: “Ref.:RFP# LTA-001/2021 Development of the Teacher Professional Development Information System”.
All interested private entrepreneurs, organizations, and limited liability companies must be duly legally registered under the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan. As per the contract signed between Chemonics and USAID and in line with the U.S. Government Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), 22 CFR §228.13, government-controlled organizations may not apply under the current RFP. Government-controlled organizations include firms that are operated as commercial companies or other organizations or enterprises (including nonprofit organizations) in which governments or their agents or agencies have a controlling interest.
Chemonics realizes that Offerors may have additional questions after reading this RFP. Interested Offerors can submit their questions to Procurement Department at procurement@learntogethertj.com according to the instructions in 1.8 of the RFP. If necessary, Chemonics will provide answers to all relevant questions received in an amendment that will be emailed directly to all interested Offerors who are registered with Procurement Department.
The deadline for the Proposals submission is 3:00 pm local time in Dushanbe on Monday, July 26, 2021.
Note: The RFP form will be provided in English and Tajik. The quotations should be valid for a minimum of sixty (60) days. The rate of quotation should include any other required taxes and payments under the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
